Keenan Recruitment has been retained by the leading specialist youth homeless charity in Northern Ireland, to recruit for a part-time Office Administrator. They provide 24/7 supported housing to young people leaving care and who are homeless, floating support to young people in the community, shared tenancies, prison resettlement, emergency assessment beds for 16 and 17 year olds and unaccompanied separated children, alongside wellbeing support.
Position: Office Administrator.
Hours of Work: 28 hours per week; across 4 days. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Salary: £12.70 per hour.
Contract: Temporary to permanent will be considered.
This is a front of house role working to support multiple teams with their administration. Other key areas include:
KEY CRITERIA:
Business Administration Qualification with 1 years’ experience of providing high-quality administrative support
OR
2 years’ experience of providing high-quality administrative support
